You have added the "regular" RealT (realt.co) tokens, but the tokens collateralized in their RMM (https://rmm.realtoken.network/) are not included in Zapper. Neither is the debt that you own on the RMM.
This is a very commonly used feature for RealT users.

FYI you can now integrate this app yourself, without having to wait on Zapper!
We recently launched Zapper Studio, an open platform for app integrations. Now, anyone can integrate any app, whether you’re part of the app’s dev team or just a community member interested in contributing!
Once integrated, the balance’s you’re requesting will show up on Zapper and in the Zapper API. The app will also be surfaced on Zapper’s upcoming “Explore” page, so new users can find the app and invest!
